A Seasonal Jungle Ride Toward a Natural Waterfall

The Waterfall tour is our two-hour adventure into the hills near Jacó. The ride passes through tropical rainforest scenery on natural trails before reaching a waterfall setting when the season allows.

Why This Tour Is Seasonal

Waterfalls in the Central Pacific depend on rainfall. In some months the flow is strong and the trail is in good shape; in others the water is low, or heavy rain makes the route unsuitable. For your safety and the horses', we only ride to the waterfall when conditions are right. We do not guarantee waterfall access — please message us before booking to check current conditions for your dates.

What You'll See

Expect dense green vegetation, forest trails and the sounds of the jungle. Wildlife such as birds and butterflies may be seen along the way, but sightings are never guaranteed.

What to Bring

• Long pants and closed-toe shoes that can get muddy
• Insect repellent, sunscreen and drinking water
• A light rain jacket and a dry bag for phones
• Ask us whether swimwear makes sense for your date

Who It Suits

This is a longer ride than the Jungle tour, so it suits riders comfortable with about two hours in the saddle. Tell us your experience level when booking.
